Oct 21, 2008 - Last Chance: Mailing List Renewal Audit
You are among the few list administrators who have not responded to
the Mailman mailing list renewal audit. As stated in our Oct 7,
2008, message, we planned to remove all lists which were not
renewed. We are giving you one additional week as a courtesy to
use a convenient, automated webtool before Oct 28, 2008 to renew
your Mailman mailing list(s).
Required Action
Please take a minute of your time and go to:
https://email.rutgers.edu/webtools/auditlists/
Login with your Rutgers NetID, and for each list select either the
Save or Delete option, then click the Submit button. Please be
advised that the only way to renew a list is to use the automated
tool.
In keeping with the stated policy on Mailman mailing lists:

the Office of Information Technology (OIT) is sending this
notification to Mailman mailing list administrators to announce the
annual list audit.
Timeframe
We ask that list administrators comply with this request before
Oct 28, 2008. All unconfirmed lists will be automatically removed
after this date. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in
completing this necessary maintenance.
